The article النظام الانتخابي الفلسطيني: دراسة تحليلية مقارنة (The Palestinian Electoral System: A Comparative Analytical Study) examines the structure and evolution of Palestine’s electoral framework, comparing it with other regional and international models to assess its effectiveness, fairness, and alignment with democratic principles. Combating the Macau Scam in Malaysia: Strategies for Mitigation and Resolution from Civil Law and Sharī‘ah Perspectives investigates the rise of financial scams in Malaysia, focusing on the “Macau Scam” phenomenon. It evaluates preventive and remedial strategies through both civil law and Sharī‘ah frameworks, proposing a harmonized approach to strengthen legal protection and ethical accountability. Evaluating Effectiveness of MEOWS Tool in Identifying Maternal Deterioration in Women Receiving Care among Nurses in Maternity Unit, at General Hospital, Dammam assesses the application of the Modified Early Obstetric Warning Score (MEOWS) tool in clinical settings, analyzing nurses’ use of the instrument to detect maternal health deterioration and improve patient safety outcomes.
