Abstract

The study aimed to identify the elimination of bureaucratic administrative systems in UAE government institutions, as this study employed a descriptive-analytical approach, moreover  the study reached a set of findings and recommendations, and the most significant findings include the elimination of bureaucratic procedures and efforts to minimize time and cost burdens for clients dealing with UAE government institutions, which leading to increased their satisfaction, in addition the flexibility of the updated systems on elimination of bureaucracy also allowed to create  more opportunities for innovation and propose new solutions to work-related issues, and the most important recommendations include the need to assess, simplify, and restructure current bureaucratic processes to remove unnecessary steps, as well as to adopt integrated digital management systems should be adopted to facilitate processes, increase transparency, and reduce bureaucracy in government institutions.

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تصفير النظم البيروقراطية الإدارية في المؤسسات الحكومية الإماراتية، حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات، وتتمثل أهمها في القضاء على الإجراءات البيروقراطية ومحاولة تصفيرها من التكاليف الزمنية والمادية للمتعاملين في المؤسساىت الحكومية الإماراتية، مما زاد من رضاهم، كما سمحت مرونة النظم المحدثة على تصفير البيروقراطية بزيادة الفرص للإبداع وطرح حلول جديدة لمشكلات العمل، ومن أهم التوصيات ضرورة تقييم العمليات البيروقراطية الحالية وتبسيطها وإعادة هيكلتها لإزالة أي إجراءات غير ضرورية، كما يجب تبني نظم إدارة رقمية متكاملة لتسهيل العمليات وزيادة الشفافية وتصفير البيروقراطية في المؤسسات الحكومية.
